After you have looked over all the dogs, please go to the "Adoption Application" on the site and complete and send. You may call after you have submitted the application for faster processing or to ask any further questions.
If you have a small breed dog to surrender, please use the "Contact Us" page and be specific as to the breed, age, weight, vet history, and reason for surrender. We will contact you back if we can take your dog into rescue or if we can offer suggestions on who might be able to.
